By accessing or using the iLifaLink funeral parlour application (the "Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

Service Provision

• The Service is provided by iLifaLink (backed by Three Eyes Solutions) and hosted on secure infrastructure.
• While we implement strong security measures, users acknowledge no online service is entirely risk-free.

User Responsibilities

• Account Security: Users are responsible for confidentiality of login credentials. Unauthorized access due to negligence is user’s liability.
• Mandatory Backups: Users must download and securely store Policyholder, Beneficiaries, and Financial Reports at least twice per month. iLifaLink is not liable for data loss due to failure to maintain backups.
• Compliance: Users must comply with data protection laws when handling client information.

Data Ownership & Privacy

• Data is used strictly for operations and will never be sold.
• Users may opt out of third-party data sharing at any time.
• iLifaLink reserves the right to access data only for support, maintenance, or legal compliance.

No Binding Contract

• Usage is at-will with no fixed-term contract.
• Profile deletion may be requested with a 7-day processing period.

Disclaimer of Liability

iLifaLink is not liable for:

• Data loss due to missed backups.
• Breaches from weak or compromised credentials.
• Third-party hosting disruptions.
• Misuse of the Service for unlawful purposes.

Modifications

Terms may be updated with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
