Our funeral parlour application is an in-house developed platform that helps funeral service providers manage clients, payments, and records with ease. It's not about making a profit, but about empowering funeral parlours to serve communities with dignity and efficiency.

Important Notice

We do not handle or keep any money for clients or users. Our role is to provide a secure digital platform that connects funeral parlours with trusted payment partners. Currently, we work with OTT for voucher payments, and we are in the process of integrating an EFT partner for even more convenience.

Only FSP (Financial Service Provider) registered funeral parlours can use this platform. This ensures legal compliance, professionalism, and trust for the families being served.

Three Eyes Solutions – Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Three Eyes Solutions funeral parlour application (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Service Provision

The Service is independently developed and provided by Three Eyes Solutions.
The application is hosted by Truehost or other trusted providers. While we implement reasonable security measures, users acknowledge that no online service is entirely risk-free.

User Responsibilities

Account Security: Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Any unauthorized access due to negligence (e.g., weak passwords, failure to update credentials) is the user's responsibility.
Mandatory Backups: Users must download and securely store the following reports at least twice per month:
- Policyholder Reports
- Beneficiaries Reports
- Financial Reports
Failure to maintain backups may result in data loss, for which Three Eyes Solutions is not liable.
Compliance: Users must comply with applicable data protection laws when storing and handling sensitive client information.

Data Ownership & Privacy

Collected data is used strictly for business operations and will never be sold.
Users may opt out of sharing data with third-party partners at any time.
Three Eyes Solutions reserves the right to access user data only for support, maintenance, or legal compliance.

No Binding Contract

Usage of the Service is at-will with no fixed-term contract.
Users may request profile deletion at any time, subject to a 7-day processing period.

Disclaimer of Liability

Three Eyes Solutions is not liable for:

Data loss due to user failure to download backups.
Breaches caused by weak or compromised credentials.
Third-party hosting disruptions (e.g., Truehost downtime).
Misuse of the Service for unlawful purposes.

Modifications

Terms and Conditions may be updated with 30 days' notice, communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
